Prezense is an e-commerce platform operated by ThinkInCommerce Inc., a corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act (Corporate Identity Number 1806400-8). This policy explains how “Prezense,” “we,” and “us” handle information when you visit prezense.app or use our platform.
Information we collect
Merchant accounts. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and business details, along with what you add to your store and send to our AI agents.
Messages to us. When you contact us, we collect what you send, including your contact details.
Technical information. Our hosting providers may automatically collect limited data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited. We use it only to run and secure the site.
Shoppers’ information. We process customer data for merchants in connection with their storefronts, orders, shipping, and emails. The merchant decides how that data is used, so shoppers should contact the store directly with privacy requests.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Run, maintain, and improve Prezense
- Send service emails and product updates
- Respond to your requests
- Protect against abuse, fraud, and security incidents
- Meet our legal obligations
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information with service providers who help us run Prezense, including hosting, email delivery (such as Amazon Web Services), sign-in, payment, and AI model providers. Messages you send to our AI agents go to the AI model provider that answers them. These providers may use the information only to perform services for us.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Prezense, our users, or others.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as we reasonably need it for the purposes in this policy, unless the law requires longer. When a store is closed, its data is deleted after 90 days.
Your choices and rights
To access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop receiving product updates, email hi@prezense.app.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect personal information, but no system is completely secure.
Children’s privacy
Prezense is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will change the date at the top of this page when we do. Using Prezense after an update means you accept the new policy.
